Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including: Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), War, terrorism, or civil unrest, Government actions or regulations, Internet or telecommunications failures, Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures, Cyberattacks or hacking incidents. Survival: The following provisions survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights (Section 5), Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability (Section 7), Indemnification (Section 8), Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (Section 12), Governing Law (Section 13), General Provisions (Section 15).
